This is high quality homeopathic Arnica, and it works great for any pain from inflammation, bruising and swelling. It does the job very well for my sons’ sports and active lifestyle related acute minor injuries, and also works very well for my chronic neuropathic pain condition and arthritis. I am a traditional medicine doctor who is open to homeopathy, and I highly recommend both this homeopathic treatment in general and this brand.

I tore muscles in my ribcage from coughing with pneumonia, and was recommended to arnica cream or tablets due to the awkward location of the muscle tears. These helped ease the swelling and pain, and unlike the muscle relaxers and pain meds I was prescribed, I could actually take these and still work and drive. They aren’t a miracle, they don’t work as dramatically or quickly as typical aspirin or NSAIDs, but they are safer, healthier and easier.

I have had fibromyalgia for over thirty years and have tried everything coming down the pike, including medical prescriptions (Ultram primarily, Voltaren–bad for blood pressure, but works), electronic therapy, physical therapy, etc., and this works the best next to the prescriptions (and stretching, of course). During this time I have learned quite a bit about how to manage this affliction with just trial and error, but if I take this at first in the morning, along with a dose of CoQ 10 and then repeat both early in the evening, I find that I can function pretty well. One note: I also use the Arnicare topical gel for spot-specific areas. Those of you with fibro know that it moves around to different parts of the body with the passage of time; I was initially a “shoulders” person, but have been a “legs” person the last several years, and, let me say, it is easier to get the topical gel on my legs myself than it was my shoulder blades! You will, of course, find what works best for you if you have the misfortune of fibromyalgia, but I urge you to give this a try. The Arnicare pellets and topical gel, together, work about as well as the prescription-based Voltaren, without the blood-pressure side effects. Doesn’t last quite as long, but other than that, just as effective for me.
